The Vestry has created a long range plan for Episcopal Church of the Advent.  This plan outlines the objectives for the parish to execute its mission and realize its Vision and details the necessary steps to accomplish these objectives. 

Episcopal Church of the Advent grew steadily from its founding in 12/2/1979 to the late 1990's, matching the 10-15% per year growth of the population of the Northwest Valley and Phoenix metropolitan area.  This is traced to a number of understandable and correctable factors.  The plan outlines the steps necessary to resume growth in the North West Valley. 

In the first 3 years we have accomplished the critical steps of the plan.  Our new Rector is enthusiastically received by the congregation.  We have expanded our Pastoral Ministry.  Sunday attendance, community functions and pledges has increased approximately 30% and our membership continues to grow.
